Biography
Dr. Sufwan Alomar is a consultant neonatology at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), Doha, Qatar. He is associated director of neonatal perinatal fellowship program, the leader of NICU data registry (a member of VON), leader of respiratory committee, and he is faculty paediatrics (ACGMEI accredited) at HMC
Research Interest
He has especial interest in mechanical ventilation and non-invasive respiratory support and ELBW infants he was awarded in 2015 by Stars of excellence program in HMC for his work of Golden Hour delivery room management and Tiny Baby Unit. Other research interest is PPHN, functional echocardiography, Air leak syndrome, neonatal jaundice, in addition to his interest in evidenced based medicine and quality improvement projects.
